Sookie is a year old but has special needs, she needs a quite home with mostly carpet in the house and grass in the yard, no ranch's, she needs to go to a home that someone is home most of the time. This is the sweetest dog you will ever meet and gets along with all animals and people.  She wears doggy boots on her hind feet to help with traction.  She was kicked in the head by a horse and suffered a fractured skull and does have some brain damage, she does all the normal boxer things and is close to a normal dog now but gets very excited sometimes and will jump wildly in the air so she must be calmed down for a few minutes when she wakes up.  She also does not understand that somethings can hurt her this is why she can no longer live on a horse ranch.  She is learning more and more things everyday and at some point she maybe a normal dog.  Her favorite thing is to lay on my lap.  She is on the small side at less than 40lbs.  This girl will take a special person to care for her.
